Monty L. Hipp:  President and Founder

Monty, President and Founder of The C4 Group, has worked with youth full time for over 26 years. He holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Northwest University. Monty directly oversees all C4 initiatives, speaks to thousands of youth annually around the world, and consults other organizations on nonprofit development. Mark Orphan:  Director, Caring 4 Foster Youth

Mark, who serves as Director of the Caring 4 Foster Youth Initiative, has a B.A. in Christian Education and is finishing his M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Vanguard University. He brings a wealth of experience in non-profit leadership and compassion ministry to The C4 Group. Foster care and adoption is an issue especially close to Mark and his wife Kristin’s heart. Mark and Kristin have been married 14 years and have four children – Jake, Cody, Sadie, and Kalia. In his spare time, Mark enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and being outside. Mark lives in sunny and warm Southern California.

 



Robby Hipp:  Director, Youth Development and Vice President

Robby serves as The C4 Group's Youth Development Director. He recently received a B.A. in Youth Ministry from
Northwest University and is currently working on a Master’s in Nonprofit Executive Leadership at Seattle University. Robby has been heavily involved in the youth sector for over six years. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, wake boarding, exploring music, and leading a generally active life. Robby and his wife Charity live in Seattle.


 

 

D. Gilson:  Director, Communications and Donor Relations

D. serves as The C4 Group’s Communications and Donor Relations Director, including writing and editing C4 publications and program materials and communicating with and building C4’s donor base. He is finishing a B.S. in Professional Writing with minors in Political Science and Creative Writing from Missouri State University, where he is a member of the Society of Technical Communicators and Public Affairs Council. D. will be beginning his Master’s degree this spring. In his free time, he enjoys reading memoirs, trying exotic cuisines, writing for fun, and exploring downtown areas. He lives in Seattle.





Nathan Mallonee:  Coordinator, Grants and Projects

Nathan serves as The C4 Group's Coordinator for Grants and Projects, including coordinating C4 Mentor, NCFBY, and The C4 Group’s website and design. He currently attends Missouri State University, where he is pursuing a B.S. in Marketing Research with a minor in Spanish. Nathan is a member of the school’s Honor’s College, and he was also recently inducted into the business honor society Beta Gamma Sigma. In his free time, Nathan enjoys taking afternoon naps, reading TIME magazine, buying vintage-ish tee’s, and meandering through the Library of Congress. He currently lives in Springfield, MO.

 

  

Rose Haug:  Coordinator, Ethical Revolution

Rose serves as The C4 Group’s Coordinator for the Ethical Revolution initiative. She and her husband, Mark, who is a youth pastor, have worked with students since 1989 in Illinois, Florida, and began serving in the DC metro area in 2001. She has a passion for student leader development and loves coaching the student worship band at her church. Rose enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Lauren and Amelia; playing and listening to music; encouraging friends and family; taking long motorcycle rides with Mark; cooking and entertaining; and watching her tulips come up year after year. She lives in Germantown, MD.
